Our Partnerships
We believe in long term business relationships. Short term dealings too often benefit one winner at the expense of the others. For more than 30 years our service offerings have relied exclusively on the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. During which time many like-minded customers have relied on us to be their trusted mailing agent. We view this tri-partnership as a concerted effort to improve the accurate, timely delivery of your mail at the lowest possible combined cost.
Our Team
With a workforce of 220 individuals, committed to our mission for an average of 6 years, you can rest assured that your mail is in capable hands. We are especially proud of the 25 people who have been getting the job done for the past 20 years or more. People still do make the difference.
Our Quality
All three of our operations have maintained continuous certification from the United States Postal Service in their Quality Assurance Program. Mail Preparation Total Quality Management (MPTQM) is based on ISO 9001and Malcolm Baldridge formats. Our company is one of a dozen bureaus in the nation to earn the Quality Mail Partner Certification from the USPS. There are 103 Performance Standards we meet each and every day to ensure that our Partners receive the service value they expect.
