Zip Mail Services processes First Class Automated Flats on a daily basis in all three of our facilities. This allows our customers to share in the substantial discounts available under the most recent postal rate structure.
Our New MLOCR Flat Sorters can automate up to 12 x 15 inch,
1 to 13 ounce flats under ¾ inch thick.
We can process both landscape and portrait style envelopes as well as difficult fonts including handwritten addresses. This assists the USPS in moving these most difficult mail pieces through the system quickly and efficiently.
We can also weigh and meter flats, saving both time and money (see One Stop Mailroom). Automated standard and nonprofit flats qualify for the lowest postage rates.
